Front Office

When you first contact us, by phone or walking in, you will be welcomed by Julie, the Front Office Manager.  She will answer questions, make appointments and check on your insurance coverage.  If you are an established patient and need information about filed claims, check with Julie first.

If you come in for care on Saturday, you will meet Katie, who covers the front office on Saturday mornings.  She can schedule you but will not be able to answer insurance questions.

Patients are seen by appointment and we also welcome walk-ins.  We do our best to take care of people in a timely manner.  We understand that your time is important to you.

Monday: 9AM - 1PM, 3PM - 6PM

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 9AM - 1PM, 3PM - 6PM

Thursday: 2PM - 6PM

Friday: 9AM - 1PM, 3PM - 6PM

Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
